Pacific Paints offers Milan Exterior Cement Primer. Milan Exterior Cement primer is water thinnable acrylic resin based primer used on exterior walls as the priming coat. Its anti chalking property makes it suitable to be applied on freshly plastered surface. Appearance of the top coat of emulsion increases due to high opacity and whiteness of the primer. It does not require any curing.
