Technomech Engineering offers a range of Metal Bellow Mechanical Seals. These are inherently balanced metal bellow seals. The seals are independent of direction of rotation. The unique feature of this type of seals is that, there is no dynamic 'O' ring and therefore it will never hang up or damage the shaft and sleeve, it also has an ability to handle corrosive as well as abrasive and viscous media. These seals have self-cleaning and non-clogging construction. With selection of special bellows material these can be used in highly corrosive media. These are generally used for handling highly corrosive chemicals, high temperature applications, petroleum refinery, oil and gas, etc. The bellows are offered in titanium, alloy 20/C and inconel; seal faces in carbon /tungsten carbide Vs silicon carbide/tungsten carbide, secondary seals in Viton/PTFE/GFT, and metal components in SS-316.
