Fivebro Water Services offers Membrane Cleaner, Memclean 803. This is one of the principal cleaning chemical designed to use for the effective cleaning of membranes. Memclean 803 is an excellent cleaning chemical formulated to remove the calcium carbonate, sulphate, barium sulphate, iron oxides, metal oxides/hydroxides, colloids and other particulate foulants affecting the membrane performance. Product features: dilutes quickly and easily to form a solution that vigorously releases membrane foulants without harming the membrane surface; rinses quickly and completely, reducing cleaning time; a regular maintenance program with this membrane cleaners ensures optimum system performance; available in powder form, works at lesser dosages; low foam formation; and biodegradable. Application: Memclean 803 is a highly effective cleaning agent, which disperses the silica, metal silicates, microbial fouling, iron fouling organic matters effectively there by improving the cleanliness of the membranes resulting in the plant to operate at the design parameters. The inbuilt biocide improves the process of the cleaning. Dosage: Memclean 803 dosage will depend on system conditions and nature of the problem. Suggested dilution is up to 0.5-3% concentrations.
