The control mode of this inverter is sensorless vector control, with wide applications in agitators, fan, pump, blower, etc. Energy efficiency is becoming one of the top priority issues for organisations, and JLP7 automatic energy saving mode helps to achieve better energy saving.
- High starting torque – 150% at 1 Hz and maximum up to 250%
- High overload capacity – 120% overload for 60 seconds
- Precise speed control – open loop vector control speed accuracy – 0.2%
- Output frequency accuracy – 0.1%
- PID control function – built-in PID control function, can vary the motor speed smoothly and stabilise the process
- The parameters can be the amount of temperature, flow, pressure, speed
- Speed tracking – flying start can be achieved with help of speed tracking function
- Multiple V/F setting – 15 different V/F patterns can be programmed for different load patterns
- V/F curve of any vector control in the absence of PG is also effective.
