Ranbar Electrical Materials Inc of USA have introduced, RanVar 2000, a high performance co-polymer electrical RanVar varnish, based on new technology. This 100% reactive polymer has the bond strength, humidity and chemical resistance of an epoxy, yet has electrical properties, thermal endurance and price structure of a polyester. RanVar 2000 is a single component, resilient, chemical and moisture resistant, VOC compliant, proprietary co-polymer which can be applied by vacuum pressure impregnation, static dip and bake, trickle or roll through. The low viscosity of this PRODUCT ensures excellent varnish penetration into coil areas of electrical apparatus. The cure time and cure temperatures for this new varnish are much improved over other commercially available PRODUCTs. The combination of properties and performance features of RanVar 2000 provide a range of utilization approaching the Universal electric varnish.
