In less than twenty years Gyrox Gears Industries has successfully established itself as a reliable supplier of dependable drives for mechanical transmission of power. The company is run by technocrats of a family headed by an engineer who has put more than fifty years and is dedicated to the profession of engineering. At present the range of drives manufactured are in following types: planetary, helical, worm, bevel, epicyclic and their combinations and derivatives. Series “IH†helical type gearboxes and geared-motors are simple in construction having train of gears giving efficient performance. Available range: duty – standard and heavy-duty models available; power transmitted – 0.33 HP to 125 HP; torque capacity – 4.0 kg.m to 2100 kg.m; output speed – minimum 0.4 RPM to 585 RPM; mounting – models available for base mounting or flange mounting suitable for horizontal or vertical position; agitator type models are also available; and lubricating media is oil by splash lubrication.
