Impact Resistant Liner, Ceratuff RB
Hofmann Engineering & Marketing offers Ceratuff RB Impact Resistant Liner. This is a new generation ceramic and rubber composite product, which gives combo properties of rubber and ceramic. The sapphire hard Ceratuff ceramic provides unmatched resistant to wear while the elastic properties of rubber effectively dampen the impact energy. Certatuff ceramic cylinders are hot vulcanised with resilient rubber matrix with high bond strength hot vulcanise adhesives. This rubber ceramic composite is also hot vulcanised with MS mother plate in which suitable bolt has been prefix as per requirement. Application: Ceratuff RB is used in heavy wear areas due to both impact and erosion having small degree of impact like conveyor transfer point, feeder walls, deflector liner, chute liner, etc. Advantages: it enhances flow ability, extends life by more than 10 to 12 times than the conventional hard metal liner, reduces down time, increases the availability of equipment thus reduces cost, reduces fine generation, reduces impurity in material, and reduces noise pollution. Product size: 508 x 508 mm x 30 THK; 300 x 300 x 30 THK; other shapes and sizes shall be available on request. Fixing arrangement: Ceratuff RB liner is fixed with mother plate by stud welded at the back of the wear plate by nuts and flat washer.
