B R Precision offers Super Power Hydraulic Machine Vice, Type BR-PSPHV-130. This is 180° angle fixed type, suitable for horizontal and vertical combined cutting and heavy cutting for CNC machining centres, VMCs and HMCs. Features: angle fixed type spherical segment ball can produce the force for angle locking, which can make the vice plate floating upward and avoid slanting of the workpiece; powerful material – cast iron, high abrasion and has strong anti-tension, can keep long durability for abrasion with high precision tenon slot will be grounded; made out of high tensile casting, machined and surface ground to ensure maximum accuracy; and jaw plates are made out of tool steel, hardened and ground with stopper tapped hole in both sides of the jaw plate hardened and ground inbuilt hydraulic cylinder for getting high clamping force.
