This includes standard (ISO 6020 II) as well as custom based cylinders, in sizes ranging from bore 25 x rod 12 x stroke 20 mm to bore 700 x rod 550 x stroke 6500 mm with working pressure up to 550 kg/cm². Salient features: honed tube – all tubes are micro honed for superior finish with Ra value less than 0.3 microns; piston rod – EN-8 to EN 353 are ground and hard chrome plated with minimum 20-25 microns plating thickness; piston – single piece design to accommodate low friction seals; end covers – accurately machined cast iron/phosphor bronze/mild steel plates; sealing systems – low friction seals with operating pressure up to 80 Mpa from Busak & Shamban, Mirkel, Parker and Hallite. It also designs and manufactures a wide range of hydraulic fittings and hydraulic rotary joints to suit customers’ requirements. The company has a complete CNC and SPM machine set-up to enhance the quality and productivity; and always tried to keep pace with the latest technological developments.
