Siddharth Hydraulics is in the field of manufacturing hydraulic components, power packs and special purpose machines for more than two decades. The manufacturing range includes: prefill valves – from PV-40 to PV-350; cartridge valves – from LV-16 to LV-63 (2:1 & 1:1 ratio); cartridge valve covers – RCC, DCV, relief valves, etc; pressure switches – from 50 bar to 350 bar; customised manifolds; hydraulic cylinders; hydraulic power packs (from 1 HP to 4500 HP); and special purpose machines. These components have been used in applications like metal extrusion presses, rubber moulding presses, deep drawing presses and several other applications since 1986. Of these, some are very high duty cycle applications wherein the components work under load for 85% to 90% of the cycle time. The components are manufactured using state-of-the-art machining facilities and are designed for mounting in standard cavities like ISO, DIN, etc. Proper material selection, correct heat treatment and accurate machining make our products reliable. Low leakage and high efficiency, both hydraulic and mechanical are the most important characteristics of these products. What this implies is critical monetary savings.
