Sriram Cables manufactures HT XLPE Cables. These are manufactured by using latest technology using triple extrusion process that involves a simultaneous operation of conductor shielding, XLPE insulation and core shielding with computer controlled imported extruders. This process ensures quality insulation free from contamination and voids. These high voltage cables are produced on latest computer controlled triple extrusion insulating line using digital DC drives and PLCs for process control. XLPE compounds with anti-oxidants stabilisers and traces of aromatic polynuclear hydrocarbon are used, thus improving electrical treeing characteristics and mechanical strength of insulation. Sriram brand XLPE cables are manufactured as per relevant Indian and international standards up to including 33 kV power cables. These cables are supplied up to size range l000 sq.mm in single core and 400 sq.mm in three cables. A range of cables are available.
