Mahisa Electronics offer Hot Melt Coaters. It is used in shoe manufacturing, leather goods assembly, foam fabrication, packaging, product labelling, automotive interior parts, plastics, paper board, corrugated boxes, filters, jewellery boxes, etc. It can apply any type of hot melt adhesive including pressure sensitive hot melts and adhesives with long open time. The coating roller applies a thin layer of hot melt to the part as it passes over the coating roller. However the layer being too thin cools down very quickly, and the part can be handled immediately as it exits the coater. The speed of the roller is controlled and variable. The coaters are offered for sheet-to-sheet coating and also for roll-to-roll coating. Hot melt adhesives are 100% solid thermoplastic adhesive, which is water resistant, non-toxic, fast setting and odourless. They form an instantaneous bond adhering to variety of substrates. They are also available in food grade quality.
