Nicco Engineering Services Limited (NESL) offers two component High Strength Coating, Belzona 1321. The company has ready access to the latest technological breakthrough that helps to meet the increasingly stringent demands of modern industry. Belzona 1321 (Ceramic S-Metal) is a two-component high strength coating for the protection of metal surfaces subject to erosion-corrosion. This is designed to operate under continuous immersion at temperatures up to 140ºF (60ºC). It will: simplify maintenance procedures, reduce the need for spare parts, protect against erosion – corrosion, and extend equipment life. Belzona 1321 can be applied without the need for specialist tools and will bond tenaciously to a wide range of substrates. This multipurpose polymeric coating will not corrode and has outstanding resistance to a wide range of chemicals. This material can also be used as an injection material for the shimming and bonding of components or as a high strength structural gap filler. The company, formerly known as Engineering Services Division (ESD) of Nicco Corporation Limited, was established in 1981 with on-line leak sealing service in collaboration with Furmanite International Ltd, UK. In India, NICCO is the sole distributor of the Belzona range of Cold Repair Polymeric Compounds, produced at the advanced facilities of Belzona Polymerics Ltd, UK, an ISO 9002 company.
