HEAT SHRINKABLE SLEEVES (POLYOLEFIN)
Elektrikals & Ceramics offers Heat Shrinkable Sleeves (Polyolefin) manufactured by Raychem-USA. These are used extensively in defence/electrical/electronics/auto wire harnessing works. These sleeves are available from shrinkage ratio 2:1 to 6:1, and are UL and CSA approved. The sleeves are available from 1 mm onwards off the shelf in various types such as Versafit, DR-25, RNF, Kynar, CGPT, CGAT, etc. These sleeves are highly cost effective, environmental friendly and are made from specially formulated, cross linked polyolefin material with low recovery temperature, excellent flexibility and highly flame retardant. Raychem tubings are free from poly-brominated biphenyls (PBBs) and poly-brominated biphenyl oxides (PBBOs), which are environmentally hazardous substances. These sleeves are available with adhesive and in different colours. Along with Raychem sleeves the company offers Raychem wires in 44, 55 specifications and other series. Also available is Steinel hot air gun used for shrinking these sleeves, Teflon and silicon wires, cables and sleeves, high temperature labels, etc.
