Organic growth has led the company into manufacturing of Gears and Gearboxes. The company aims to be the leader in manufacture of gears, gearboxes, gear couplings, cooling tower gearboxes, geared motors, both standard and custom built. Its Engineering Division is equipped with modern CAD system. Technocrats with experience ranging from 10 to 35 years from different gearbox industries have empowered the dedicated manufacturing and quality assurance processes. The company is also equipped with all the necessary manufacturing machinery from turning lathes, horizontal boring machines, hobbing machines, gear grinding machines, gear testing machines and ancillary equipment that help produce only the best. From raw materials, processing, testing and till delivery there is a consistent, dedicated supervision and control by knowledgeable metallurgist and inspection engineers, ensuring quality that form the backbone of the support base. It is backed by the in-house foundry and manufacturing facility for engineering castings and fabrication that are ultrasonically tested and certified. Product highlights: all gearbox housings and small castings are manufactured using no-bake system ensuring best surface finish; castings are free from any defect; all forged bars and gear blanks are produced from certified vendors and suppliers; all gears and pinions are thoroughly checked for each and every component; all dimensions of our finished components are thoroughly checked prior to assembly; all sub-assembly and final gearbox assembly are carried out by experienced technical persons with proven capabilities; and all gearboxes tested for at least 2 hours on no-load conditions.
