Dee-Kay Gears manufactures several different types of right-angle gearboxes. It includes straight and spiral gearboxes. These gearboxes features high quality, case-hardened and lapped alloy steel spiral bevel gears. Housings come in cast-iron, aluminium cast, and spheroidal graphite iron on the application. These housings are ribbed internally for rigidity, machined on all surfaces for easy positioning. The single lubrication chamber ensures improved heat dissipation and better lubrication of all the internal components. These are available in 8 sizes and can be mounted in any position or arrangement. They are useful where salient changes of direction of high speed and high torque rotary transmission are required. They also find application in conveyors, glass cutting machines, printing presses, metal forming, food and beverage industries.
