Voltas Ltd offers gear shaving machine from Mitsubishi Heavy Industries of Japan. The new CNC gear shaving machine, Model FC3OCNC, enables shaving by all methods (conventional, diagonal, under-pass, plunge-cut), and taper and crowning by CNC control. This machine has one-piece body of column and bed which enables high rigidity and high productivity. Main features include: i) High precision and high rigidity - the integrated table and column structure gives a solid workpiece support to make high precision rigidity; ii) High efficiency production made possible with workpiece speed of 3000 min-? ; and, iii) Designed for easy production line integration with its various automatic part loaders and deburring devices.
