Allied Solutions (I) Pvt Ltd offers Gas Assist Control System with Integral N2 Generator introduced by Bauer Plastics Technology Group for Nitrogen Injection Technology. The new N2IT is the only truly complete turnkey gas assist system available to the injection moulding industry. The N2IT is a combination nitrogen generator, compressor, and nitrogen process control unit all in one portable package. Just supply compressed air and electrical power and you are ready to apply the gas assist process to any injection moulding machine.

For Gas Injection Technology (GIT) processors, this changes everything. There is no longer any need to purchase nitrogen. The hassle of storing/changing nitrogen bottles or the expense of a leased bulk liquid system is over. The Bauer N2IT will produce, compress, and store enough nitrogen for most GIT process applications, which is then supplied to our new, state of the art, Nitrogen Control Unit (NCU).

The NCU is loaded with standard features and is capable of controlling any GIT process from the simplest “through the nozzle method” to the most complex, multi-cavity moulds. To achieve the most precise GIT process control available in the industry, Bauer has developed True Track Ramping, which allows the processor to increase/decrease the gas pressure at any rate desired and eliminates unnecessary pressure stages. The ramping value is controlled in psi/bar per second and the tracking program in the processor is extremely accurate. Bauer offers the precise pressure control needed for difficult GIT applications.
