Allied Consulting Engineers offers Furnaces. These furnaces are suitable for bright annealing of capillary and heat exchanger type stainless steel tubes. The movement of the charges is either by conveyor or by coiling and decoiling system. The entire annealing process is under protective atmosphere like cracked ammonia. Flaring devices is also available at the entry and exit ensures burning of cracked ammonia ensures higher safety level. Austenitic grade tubes need to be cooled in shortest possible time to avoid ferrite formation. This is achieved by cooling the tubes through a specially designed system comprising of a sealed blower, heat exchanger and cooling jets. Adequate care is taken to ensure nitrogen purging automatically to take care of any failure and accidents due to the explosive nature of cracked ammonia. Salient features are excellent tube finish both on the outer diameter and internal diameter; uniform core properties throughout the length of the tubes; near to zero rejection of the tubes; and perfect annealing of austenitic grade tubes. The company also offers electrically heated fired furnaces and oil/gas fired furnaces.
