Royal Arc Electrodes offers Flux Cored Wires, Royalfil GS-18R. Specifications: welding position - all position welding; shielding gas - carbon dioxide (CO2) at 10-15 litres per minute; standard wire diameter - 1.20 mm and 1.60 mm diameter (other diameters on request); packing - supplied in 12.5 kg plastic spool, ach spool is sealed in an airtight polyethylene bag and then packed in a corrugated box (other type of packing supplied on request); and recommended stick out - 15-20mm. The other products available are welding electrodes, MIG wires, TIG wires, resin-bonded wheels. This is a (codification: AWS-SFA A5.29E81T1-W) is rutile base all position flux cored wire for welding of low alloy. This wire is having stable and smooth arc with good slag detachability and excellent bead appearance. This wire is designed for welding Corton grade weather resistance steels. Application: Royalfil GS-18R is designed for welding atmospheric corrosion resistant steel as Resco, Corton and ITACOR - suitable for joining weathering grade steels conforming to ASTM SA-588, SA-242, etc.
