Fluoro Tech offers Fluoropolymer Coating. This is widely used in chemical industry to counter corrosive environments. This has got the highest chemical resistance against most of the known strong acids, alkalis, liquid oxygen and most of the organic solvents. It can operate in the temperature range from cryogenic to 150°C (300°F). This coating can replace costly haste-alloy, titanium, glass lining, etc. The biggest advantage of this coating is that this can be repaired at site, which is not the case with glass lining. This coating withstands: full vacuum to 10 kg/cm2; thermal stability in the range = -76°C to +160 DC; and is ideal for use in alkaline area up to pH14.
