Belcon Engineers Pvt Ltd has introduced Flexible Arm Pneumatic Tapping Machines for quick and easy tapping. The tapping motor is equipped with a quick change chuck and is powered by compressed air. The tap is held in a quick-change collet with an in-built overload clutch, to facilitate tapping of blind holes and through holes while preventing taps from breakage during operation. The pneumatic tapping head is balanced by a gas spring on a radial arm, which keeps it perpendicular to the work surface. The machines can tap in ferrous, non-ferrous metals and plastics with increased accuracy and productivity. All machines come equipped with a range of standard tap holders/collets, FRL, fittings and air lines.
The company also offers V-Belts, Powertwist Plus Link, Belts - Cogged, Banded, Etc, Draw Down Belts for FFS Machines, Timing Belts.
