Blinex Filter-Coat offers a new filter material, Polygur. This is a remarkable porous plastic of polypropylene, PTFE, HDPE, cellulose acetate, polystyrene from 5 to 250 microns. This comes in the form of rods, hollow pipes, sheets and joined parts of porous with a non-porous plastic. Properties: uniform pore size, smooth surface, lightweight, resistant to shocks, chemical resistant, odourless, tasteless and non-toxic; withstands 200 PSI pressure; filters the finest suspended particles; and sterilization by any steam. Applications: accepted for domestic and industrial water, gas, air filter; filtration of photography, chemical, medical, electroplating solutions; and also used as a noise control, battery separator, fluidizing powder, marker pen tips, wicking and aeration devices, vent components, etc.
