R + B Filter supplies filter elements for dust filtration which are suitable for food contact. Every filter element can be equipped with materials which are suitable for food contact. The glues which are used are compliant to FDA law 21 CFR Ch, 1 Part 175 (white list of chemicals), Part 175 describes which chemicals are permitted in indirect food additives like glues and coatings. The filter media are compliant to FDA legislation and uses white polyester non wovens with ePTFE membrane or polypropylene non wovens. The membrane filter medium is as well available with antistatic equipment. All metal parts of the filter elements are made of stainless steel.
These filter elements are used for dust filtration in all working processes in the production of pharmaceutical products and food.
