Vibrant India Pvt Ltd engaged in offering Epoxy Mio. This is a two component amide cured epoxy coating. It is a fast drying, micaceous iron oxide (MIO) pigmented, high solids, high build product. Specially designed for new construction where fast dry to handle and over coating times are required. Can be used as mid coat, finish coat or as single coat system in atmospheric environments. Suitable for properly prepared carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and concrete substrates. It can be applied at sub zero surface temperatures.

Suitable for protection of steel structures in aggressive coastal and industrial atmosphere, Application include ship loaders, hopper conveyors, silos, storage tanks, pipelines and general structural’s in fertilizer plants, refineries, petrochemicals etc.

A High build epoxy miceaceous iron oxide coating specially formulated for the protection of steel and concrete surfaces exposed to humid, saline and chemical environment. This coating when over coated by Polyurethane Finish immensely upgrades the anticorrosive performance of the system with outstanding weathering resistance.

MIO paint is recommended for use as a barrier over suitable primed surface for protection of surfaces in Marine and Chemical environments.
