Pune Energy Control Devices offers an Electrostatic Oil Cleaner. Model Microcare EOC is an electrostatic super oil cleaning equipment involving static charging of ionised suspended solid contaminants in fluids and oils and collecting them on an enormously spread surface of di-electric media. The cleaning process is carried out off-line, which means the parent machine does not have to be shut down. Advantages: reduces operating cost and improves efficiency through periodic sub-micronic filtration; prolongs oil life and eliminates oil change; improves the MTBF of precision machine components like servo valves, Moog valves, pumps and sliding mechanisms; avoids back pressure and subsequent back flow of contaminants due to clogged filter element; reduces machine downtime and system warm up periods; cleans oil without stopping the production process; and improves life of the hydraulic system components.
