Red Line Industries offers the PC99 InstaFeed for the professional powder coater. It changes colours in minutes; saves time emptying and cleaning powder hoppers, reconnecting tubing and piping. The Red Line PC99 InstaFeed direct carton feeder takes care of it all. The PC99 InstaFeed is a featured electrostatic (corona charging) powder coating machine. Apart from the hugely popular Aneesha split handgun, it incorporates the InstaFeed carton feeder as a standard fitment. The InstaFeed direct carton feeder from Red Line, as the name suggests, provides the convenience of drawing powder directly from the powder supplier's carton in a smooth, uniform flow, free from spitting and puffing, which can be adjusted over a wide range of flow speeds. The InstaFeed powder feed pump can spray up to 500 gm of powder a minute if required. The InstaFeed has a capacity of holding powder cartons weighing up to 25 kg (55 lbs). The entire powder path is created in a breakaway design to offer an extremely quick colour change. The Red Line Aneesha 100 kV hand-held spray gun and the user-friendly control panel remain the same as that used in the standard PC99 full-featured machine.
