Electrically Conductive Adhesive

Epoxy Technology Inc offers EPO-TEK E3084, an electrically conductive adhesive. It is a single component, solvent free, silver filled polymer featuring high glass transition temperatures and low storage modulus. When cured for one hour in a 250&176;C environment, the epoxy has a greater than 300&176;C glass transition temperature. High glass transition temperatures and low modulus stress characteristics compensate for CTE mismatch in heat sinking of large die and substrates.
