Hi-Tech Air Power Private Limited offers Chicago Pneumatic’s Electric Screw Compressors. CPA compressors are available in three options: CPA on 300 litre receiver tank; CPA on 500 litre receiver tank; CPA with refrigerated dryer and compressed air line filters mounted over receiver tank; and CPA floor mounted. Design specifically from customer's perspective: small foot print; to save floor space for the entire compressed air system; proximity to point of usage; avoid any pressure drops in piping; CPA compressors over receiver tank; CPA compressor + horizontal receiver tank; and CPA with refrigerated dryer and compressed air line filters mounted over receiver tank; CPA compressor + horizontal tank + pre filter + refrigerant dryer + post filter + moisture separators. Compressed air flow: compressed air from CPA compressor is stored in receiver tank prior to entering refrigerated dryer ensuring lower compressed air temperature at inlet of dryer providing benefits. Compressed air line filters – filtration of compressed air ensures cleaner and technically oil free air helps in; lower maintenance costs for distribution network, machinery and pneumatic tools; energy savings through reduced in-line pressure drops; improved productivity due to fewer break drowns; and better final product quality.
