Dry Seals

Maruti Seals offers Dry Seals, MSPL-517. It is manufactured as per international standards. It is a balanced, externally mounted seal of robust design. It is easy to install and most reliable with seal faces of dry running capability. Applications: mixers, agitators, feeders autoclave and fermenters, most of top entry vessel types. Operating limits: shaft dia (d) - 16-150 mm; pressure (Pr) - vacuum 14 bar; temperature (t) - 120ºC max; velocity (v) - 2100 RPM; and axial movement - ±0.5 mm. Features: seal faces are visible and thus can be easily inspected; seal faces are balanced for high pressure and can run dry without face wear; very low shaft or sleeve wear; and self aligning design helps to compensate for pump housing misalignment.
