Vega Solar Energy Pvt Ltd manufactures Crystalline PV Modules (panels). These are designed from 3 Wp to 250 Wp with various voltage ranges: 3 Wp to 5 Wp, 6 V (i.e., 3 W, 6 V to 5 W, 6 V with 18 cells); 5 W to 150 W with 36 cells (5 Wp-150 Wp, 12 V); and up to 250 W with 30 cells/54 cells/60 cells/72 cells/108 cells as per customer requirements. The complete ranges of modules from 3 Wp to 250 Wp is classified as per: smaller wattage modules; medium wattage modules; higher wattage modules; and power modules. Vega modules are of crystalline silicon cells of either mono or multi crystalline type. The company uses prime quality solar cells of above 3.8 W and as per requirement. The solar cells are connected in series and parallel combination to achieve desired wattage output. The IEC certified PV back sheet and textured fast curing EVA with high thickness will sandwich the cells with glass rigidly. The company uses 3.2 mm textured toughened glass, rigid anodised aluminium frame of 22/35/42 mm as per the requirement, and high quality junction box to withstand the maximum electrical capacity. Imported edge tape or silicon sealant ensures high reliability for the long span of module life. Framing is mostly done by press key method to give better aesthetic yielding maximum energy with durable quality. These modules are designed for versatility and are suited for: on-grid connecting commercial power plants; on-grid connecting utility systems; off-grid applications like residential, commercial, industrial and customised applications of water pumping, remote telecom sites; and off-grid rural applications, instrumentation to solar lighting in remote and rural areas, etc.
