Nawa Engineers & Consultants (P) Ltd offers skid mounted Crushing Plants that facilitate easy erection and commissioning at site. These are available in 2-stage and 3-stage configuration ranging from 150 TPH to 300 TPH crushing capacity. The skid plants have been well received in the market and appreciated by customers. The demand for skid plants is on the rise, as more and more customers prefer a skid mounted plant to a stationary one. Customers accelerate their projects with Nawa skid-mounted plants. Skids are assembled in Nawa’s modern, purpose-built workshops. In the skid mounted plant, the equipment is placed on self-supporting structure and assembled in the shop, and inspected prior to delivery. Few items are shipped separately for assembly at site. Skid-mounted design helps reduce the erection, assembly and start-up time at the site; thus saving time and cost of labour, supervision, and coordination at customer's end. The modular assembly includes the installation of: steel structure; equipment; piping and valves; instrumentation; cabling and junctions boxes; and insulation.
