Losma India Pvt Ltd offers Coolant Filters, Master Series, from its range of industrial coolant filtration systems.
Properties: High efficiency gravity filter, compact, wide range of filtration degrees available and operation efficiency stable and time constant. The Master series gravity filters are a range of high-efficiency industrial coolant filtration system able to treat between 200 and 1000 litres of neat oil per minute and from 400 to 2000 litres of water-based emulsions per minute containing both metallic and non-metallic particles. Compared to other flat bed filters, of the same capacity, the overall dimensions of Master series gravity filters are significantly smaller and can achieve greater levels of filtration. The filters in this range use disposable filters, which make it possible to vary the filtration levels by changing the type of filter used. The entire filtration process is completely automatic. These gravity filters are suitable for cooling and lubricating liquids used in many industrial processes: drawing, milling, polishing, grinding and washing among others.
Available in 4 models: AB700, AB1000, AB1400 and AB2000.
Optionals: Pre-filtration with magnetic separator; oil mist filter; container for clean liquid; tank with pump for remote induction; pumps for the delivery of clean coolant with pressure in the range of 0.1 bar to100 bar; systems for the control and stability of the temperature of the fluid; and electric control and command devices
