The high performance In-Line Conveyor Washers for continuous cleaning of parts and used for higher throughout. The conveyorised washers are packaged in single and multi-stage process with single parts or parts in batches. The conveyors are designed in various configurations with steel belt, chain and rod type, with attachments for fixturing of parts or to carry baskets and with necessary parts holding fixtures. These washers are equipped with PLC based control panel with HMI for display and setting parameters and with necessary safeties and interlocks incorporated for smooth functioning of the system. The variable frequency drive with brake is provided for indexing type process. A low liquid level controller with audio and video alarm is also provided and the same is interlocked with the pump cut out operation. These washers are suitable for manufacturing, automobile and aeronautical industries with quick cycle time per component.
