Control Cables
Control cables are designed and manufactured in accordance with IS 1554, Part-I. The cables are made with solid or multistranded flexible electrolytic high conductivity copper conductors confirming to IS 8130. The conductor size varies from 0.5 mm2 to 1.5 mm2. The most common insulation and sheathing material is PVC, HR PVC and FRLS PVC as per IS 5831. For outdoor underground applications, the cables are provided with a galvanised steel round wire or strip armour in accordance with IS 3975. For ease of installation cores are colour coded or number printed. Control cables can also be supplied as per customer specifications to meet specific requirements. The company welcomes requests to meet specific standards or custom-designed import substitute wire and cable requirements for any application.
