Copy Polyurethanes offers Floorkrete, an instant concrete patching compound based on EPU polymer combined with specially graded aggregates having a PSV of over 60. Floorkrete is used for immediate repairs of concrete pavements, hangars, and runways so that traffic can be allowed within few hours of repairs. Unlike cementitious compounds, which need water curing, Floorkrete is instant setting and does not need any curing process. The cured patch has better compressive strength and flexural strength than the unrepaired concrete and hence patched areas do not require any repairs thereafter. Once applied, it can be walked on, moved on, or trolley can be used within hours, thus saving valuable operation hours. Main features: based on EPU hybrid chemistry, rapid setting, excellent compressive and flexural strengths, low co-efficient of thermal expansion, long lasting than the original pavement, thermally stable, unlike asphalts, excellent skid resistance, adequate flexibility so that the patch moves with the pavement, and cost effective in terms of life expectancy.
