Spraying Systems Co of USA offers keg washing nozzles which feature 2 flat spray orifices positioned to produce self-rotating force and provide side sprays. A top orifice is also added in some special designs for producing a spherical spray coverage. The nozzle is constructed of 316 stainless steel while the bearings and races are made of hardened stainless steel for maximum wear life and corrosion resistance. Compact keg washing nozzles operate at a maximum pressure of 13.8 bar and can withstand temperatures up to 177?C. Common applications of keg washing nozzles include washing keg in breweries, washing barrels in wineries, cleaning and sterilizing medical instruments and cleaning containers such as paint cans.
