Yogiji Digi designs and manufactures Coil/Colour Coating Lines in which galvanized steel coils are used incorporating surface preparation, heating, cooling, prime and top coating. The design offers two coat, two bake and one pass paint coating for the company provides dual head top coater from GFG, USA for best quality paint finish. The colour coating line has the following features: suitable for galvanised steel; process speed up to 90 mpm; strip width – up to 1400 mm; dual head top coater from GFG, USA; and a special design 3-zone electric oven. Yogiji-Digi is a unique association between the two companies, viz., Yogiji Technoequip (P) Ltd and Digi Drives (P) Ltd, engaged in providing highly efficient, technically superior and affordable turnkey solutions to set up cold rolling mills and allied equipment in India and abroad. In a short span of 5 years of this association, the group has successfully supplied and commissioned one 1250 mm and two 1000 mm wide high speed cold rolling mills in Nepal, Zambia and Uganda. More are in the offing. The company also supplies continuous galvanizing line, colour coating line, continuous bright annealing line, push pull pickling line, slitting and cut to length lines.
