Cnc Gear Tooth Chamfering & Rounding Machine

The Machine Tool Division of Premier Automobiles offers a CNC gear tooth chamfering and rounding machine, Model GTC-200. It has nominal module of 4 mm, nominal workpiece dia of 200 mm, tooth point angle 80-120o, and spindle speed range between 1200 to 5000 RPM. The salient features are: workpiece indexing through CNC; work head movement programmable through CNC; DRO for quick cutter head setting (optional); and, automatic centering and loading of workpiece through robot (optional). The specifications of the robot are: max workpiece dia - 200 mm; workpiece width - 50 mm; workpiece capacity on pallet - 50 nos; rapid traverse rate - 60 m/min; max weight of workpiece - 5 kg; and, loading/unloading time - 5 seconds. Special features of the robot are: robot synchronised with machine control; shuttle type compact pallet changer; twin-arm adjustable rotary grippers; and, easy for programming.
