Srilakshmi Engineering is a company specialised in manufacturing special purpose cleaning and degreasing systems. Normally stack bins and trays get contaminated after usage, by metal particles, oil, grease and mud, etc, and require regular cleaning to maintain the quality of components. Srilakshmi tray cleaning machine is designed to clean the stack bins and trays thoroughly by hot high pressure jet spray of aqua-based cleaning media and dried by the blower provided in the machine. The bath is heated by industrial heaters and temperature maintained by control systems. The bath after cleaning is filtered and recycled. Material of construction will be of SS 304 for solvent contact areas and MS otherwise. The machine can be operated by unskilled workman and requires less maintenance. It is compact one and of user-friendly design. This is a special purpose cleaning machine to clean stack bins and trays, which are used for stacking industrial components.
