Mamata Machinery Private Limited manufactures pouch makers - BM 356-CP that use laminated supported films. The machine is equipped with microprocessor controlled stepper motor driven film-indexing system. This results in higher accuracy, lower wastage and lesser maintenance. Three bottom-sealing stations provide progressive sealing, resulting in better sealing integrity. Machine frame of graded casting ensures minimum vibration and longer machine life. The minimum pouch draw length is 100 mm and maximum is 500-mm. Polyester and BOPP laminates can be used and thickness of film can range from 40 to 100 microns. Maximum speed of this machine is 120 cycles/minute. But this depends upon material thickness and draw length. Total connected load is 12.5 Kw, excluding air compressor. Air consumption at NTP is 460 liters/min.
