Multitek Engineers manufactures Cast Polyurethane Products. Polyurethane products processes exceptional properties under severe conditions compared to rubber products. Polyurethane is well known for its abrasive resistance and chemical resistance, which makes it ideal in most wearing parts/ moving parts of the machine. Being FDA USDA approved it is widely used in most of the food applications. The product application ranges from thin diaphragm to heavy vibrating screens. The industry-wise general application of polyurethane is: abrasion resistant liners - chute liners, mill liners, cyclone liners, pump liners, vibratory mill liners and hopper liners; automotive - grommets, bearings, bushes flexible couplings, shock absorber bushes; building and construction - mould for concrete, gate seals; engineering components - gears, sprockets, wire guides, rail draft gear, striper plates, press break pad, textile yarn guides, bushes and strips; mining - bunker lines, conveyor rollers, scrapper blades; rollers - nip rollers, board rollers, metal forming, printing, idlers, rollers for steel and aluminium mills; seals and gaskets - pneumatic and hydraulic seals, diaphragms; wheel and layer - fork-lift layers, heavy duty caster wheels, escalator wheels, roller skate wheels; and textile - condense strips, friction wheels, door closing strips, scrapper blades, couplings, caster wheels, printing/ processing rollers. Polyurethane products are catching up slowly replacing the rubber, metal, plastics, etc.
