Panduit Corporation's reelfed automatic cable-tie installation system is for use on bundles up to 2"in diameter. The PAT2S tool uses reels of 2,500 ties, significantly reducing downtime for reloading, to install PLT2S-VMR continuously moulded cable ties with a minimum loop tensile strength of 50 lb. With a squeeze of the trigger, the tool applies, tensions, and cuts off the tie in approximately one second. Ties are UL recognised and meet MIL Standard MS3367-1. Tension is adjustable to provide optimum resistance to lateral bundle movement.
