Accumax Engineering offers Cable Manufacturing Tables, Link 560R. This is a cable manufacturing and assembling table with movable test point modules for automated testing with 512 test points, from LINK Test electronics GmbH, Germany. The table is used for production, for repair and for testing of cable sets and harnesses. Together with the wiring test system 560 RTA4, conventional wiring tests are performed. To this purpose, the standard version is equipped with 8 test point modules that provide a total of 512 test points. The wiring test system and the cable manufacturing and conditioning table are linked by only one simple bus cable. The working surface of the table is provided with a perforated steel plate with a 10 x 10 V grid pattern perforation. The table frame consists of solid aluminium profiles and has 4 steering rollers. The advantage of this cable manufacturing and conditioning system is, that the drawing or the plot of the cable to be manufactured can be laid on the working surface. Guide and fixing pins are used to set the outlines of the cable harness to be manufactured according to the drawing pattern.
