The air bubble type vegetable washing machine is can wash all kinds of vegetable and fruits. Capacity – 600-5000 kg per hour (also can be custom designed for specific purpose). Pre wash with air bubble washing tank and final wash through spraying pipe ensures the best washing effect. Optionally, the machine can be supplied with conveyor to facilitate the fruits and vegetables to the next stage of processing.

These compact high volume machines wash fruits, nuts or vegetables under high pressure (warm or hot) water spray depending on the food material composition to provide clean raw material for further processing. The temperature and pressure can be adjusted in the machine to facilitate cleaning of varied food materials. The machine has inbuilt filtration system to recycle the water.
