Specific features: the operating cycle of this machine is completely automatic and the use of continuous motion principle permits high speed and efficient packaging production; the blister-forming die is cooled by an integral water-cooling and is maintained at a correct operating temperature; the fully automatic table-feeding unit with photo-level control and vibrator guarantees positive filling of blisters with minimum deposition of dust on the sealing surface; guide tracks between blister forming unit and sealing unit provides essential space for visual inspection of missing tablets; patented and attractive sealing pattern is crease proof and eliminates capillary formation of aluminium foil on sealing; speed of the machine is infinitely variable; temperature of the blister forming rollers and sealing rollers are controlled by a variac and temperature controller and can be regulated for optimum results during machine operation; and all format parts are easily accessible and changeovers are swiftly affected by simple mechanism. Material: packing material – base film, PVC opaque/transparent (thermoformable) and non-toxic PVC with PVDC coating; and lidding material – aluminium (hard) with heat-sealable lacquer or PVDC coating.
