MMC Electric Co P Ltd has developed sensorless BLDC/PMSM Motors and Controllers. The motors are available in power range of 50 W-200 W. The motors/controllers have an excellent energy efficient design and have a constant torque across operational speed range. The controller is designed for protection for over/under voltage, over current and polarity reversal. Optional control for 4-20 mA and 0-10 V DC can be provided. The display console gives the speed/voltage/temperature readout. The motor has a speed of 1500 RPM/300 RPM and voltage 24 V DC to 48 V DC. The energy efficient design and instant torque features make the motor and controller ideal for printing, packaging machines and automation applications.
