Deepak Engineering Industries, an ISO 9001: 2008 certified company, offers the widest range of Soft Turned Bearing Races covering all types and configurations/derivatives of rolling bearings, viz., ball/cylindrical/taper/roll – neck and back-up roll bearings for steel mills and precision class flush ground bearings. The bearings races are soft turned from double vacuum degassed high carbon – high chromium SAE 52100 steel with precisely controlled metallic; non- metallic and gaseous inclusion rating and sourced from the best primary alloy steel producers in India. The company has the facility to undertake the soft turning of the bearing races both conventionally and on most sophisticated CNC machines. It further undertakes the coining of the bore of the inner race after CNC machining to achieve extremely close tolerance and within ±0.010 mm. Maintaining such close tolerance leads to increased productivity and faster grinding cycles coupled with far superior repeatability, higher feed rates; increased accuracy and better bore finish.
