Siddharth barrel cleaning nozzle efficiently cleans tanks up to ?2 m. This design features 3, 4 or 5, high impact flat jet nozzles mounted on the rotating body, which is driven by the flow of the cleaning liquid. They are precisely positioned to give complete orbital coverage to the entire interior surface. The impact of the spray from all nozzles is the same. These nozzles are widely used for effective internal scrubbing of small tanks/drums and are recommended to use at a maximum pressure of 7 bar g. They are available in standard end connections of 1/2"BSP (F) or 3/4"BSP (F) inlets. Material of construction for body and tips is SS 316 whereas, bearings are made out of hardened stainless steel for maximum wear life or SS 316 for maximum corrosion resistance and races from PTFE. The nozzles can pass through 60 mm/50 mm diameter drum opening depending upon the nozzle construction.
