Deepak Engineering offers Ball Bearing. These are hi-precision, seize-resistant bearings used in material handling equipment. Special flexible polyamide cage with special prong and perfect ball pocket design ensure free ball rolling even under contaminated conditions. Anti-seize ball bearing further extends the reduction of end-cap draw depth; reduction of distance between end-cap support and bearing centre, minimising roller deflection. Also, these bearings lead to extended service life; reduced sealing requirements, lower maintenance cost and improved working time, due to avoidance of seizure and longer belt life. Additional advantage of low co-efficient of friction, higher stiffness, high accuracy and reliability, low wear and lower temperature coupled with highest fatigue life. These bearings are also available with seals either at one end and/or at both the ends to prevent penetration of foreign particles while in operation in polluted atmosphere and are packed with grease for life.
